Online Photoshop Express Service Offers Free Image Manipulation and Storage

Got pictures to modify but don’t want to spend lots of dough on Photoshop? I’ll always recommend The GIMP as a PhotoShop alternative. The GIMP is open source, free for the downloading and well supported by an active user base.

Perhaps there are times when you don’t have access to your computer with The GIMP. Maybe you want to find another place to stash some of your pictures for sharing. Everybody is gonna need a little more storage room, so why not pick up an extra 2GB for your images?

Adobe just published a new, free resource for anybody who needs these services. It’s called Adobe PhotoShop Express.

You can upload tons of pictures, manage them in albums, and edit them. A nice feature is that you can link your gallery with your facebook, photobucket and picasa accounts.
